4 Days Gallipoli, Troy, Pamukkale & Ephesus Tour from Istanbul

Day 1: Gallipoli battlefields and Canakkale

Leave Istanbul in the early morning for the Gallipoli Peninsula, with a comfort stop on the way. Lunch is served in Eceabat before your guided afternoon visit to the Gallipoli battlefields begins.

Visit Brighton Beach, Beach Cemetery, ANZAC Cove, Ariburnu Cemetery, the ANZAC Commemorative Site, the Respect to Mehmetcik Statue, the Lone Pine Australian Memorial, Johnston’s Jolly with its Turkish and Allied trenches and tunnels, the Turkish 57th Infantry Regiment Cemetery, The Nek and the Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial. After the tour, continue to Canakkale and check in to your hotel.

Day 2: Troy and transfer to Kusadasi

After breakfast and check-out, join a morning guided tour of Troy. Explore the site of the ancient city associated with the story of Helen of Sparta and Paris, the Trojan Prince.

Following the tour, return to Canakkale and board the public bus to Selcuk/Kusadasi. There are two comfort breaks during the journey. On arrival at the Kusadasi or Selcuk bus station, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Kusadasi.

Day 3: Pamukkale and Hierapolis

After breakfast, travel from Kusadasi to the meeting point in Selcuk, where you will join the group for the journey to Pamukkale. A short comfort stop is made en route, followed by lunch on arrival.

Your guided visit covers the white mineral terraces of the Cotton Cliffs and the ruins of Hierapolis, including its basilica, theatre and Roman Baths. There is then free time to explore independently. You may also choose to swim in the Pamukkale Antique Pools at your own expense. Return to Kusadasi for the night.

Day 4: Ephesus, Sirince Village and flight to Istanbul

After breakfast, meet your guide for a full-day tour of the Ephesus area. Begin at the Temple of Artemis, once one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, before visiting the remarkably preserved Greco-Roman city of Ephesus. Lunch is included during the day.

Continue to the House of the Virgin Mary, a place of significance for Christians and Muslims, then visit Isabey Mosque. Your final stop is Sirince Village, where you have free time to browse the small traditional shops and sample local food and wines. Transfer to Izmir Airport for your late-evening flight to Istanbul. Tour services end on arrival in Istanbul.
